Our Institute Story

From a Vision to a Premier Coaching Institute

Founded by a group of dedicated educationists and former civil servants, LaunchPad IAS began as a small study circle with a single mission: to democratize high-quality UPSC preparation.

Over the years, we have evolved into a premier destination for IAS aspirants, blending traditional pedagogical values with modern technology. Our journey is defined not by the years we have spent, but by the lives we have transformed.
